Dear friends of the German Stand at the Bazar International de Luxembourg!

We are happy to announce the dates for the Bazar Weekend 2024.

It will take place during the weekend of 15th-17th November 2024 in halls 2 and 3 at Luxexpo The Box, Kirchberg.

Once again there will be an ‘After Work Event’ on Friday from 18:00-22:00.

On Saturday, the Bazar will open its doors from 11:00-19:00 and on Sunday from 11:00-18:00.

The German Stand is happy to welcome you with a broad range of offers:

• Trödel Stand (second-hand goods): crockery, china, glasses, jewellery, toys, artwork, small furniture – and much more.
• Deko Stand: Beautiful Christmas decoration and gift ideas, as well as traditional Christmas items from the Erzgebirge.
• Book Stand: A wide choice of German second-hand books: novels, non-fiction, children’s books, books on Luxembourg and some rarities.
• German culinary specialties: such as beer, ‘bretzels’ (pretzels in English), the Bavarian speciality ‘Leberkaas’ and much more.

Due to the early date of this year’s Bazar Weekend, we unfortunately cannot offer our traditional Christmas wreaths and Christmas arrangements.

This year the German Stand proposes the following project for support:

‘Gobanyo/Hamburg’ a shower bus and more for people living on the streets. Gobanyo is a non-profit company with the aim of bringing sanitation facilities to people living on the streets by putting a shower bus on the streets of Hamburg. The use is free, and at the shower, guests receive new underwear, clean clothing, hygiene products, as well as a coffee and a helpful hand in many other ways. Furthermore, Gobanyo aims to raise awareness on the problems of homelessness and hygiene, for example by cooperating with schools, universities, etc. Moreover, it supports the Café Sonnenschein, a pop-up café that opens every Sunday to serve coffee, home-made cake, sandwiches, etc. to the homeless.
